Bayswater Bakery is a new microbakery in North Austin, Texas, built from a love of homemade sweets and sharing them with others.

Hi! I’m Ritta. Thank you so much for giving us a try.

I’m a professional photographer by trade, but I’ve always been drawn to baking and cooking. Growing up, both of my parents loved being in the kitchen, and I remember being curious from a young age, watching, tasting, and learning. Baking has always felt like home to me.

For years, I baked constantly for family and friends. Eventually, I found the courage to go beyond that circle and offer my baked goodies to the rest of the world. That’s how Bayswater Bakery was born.

I’m also a mom to a toddler who loves sneaking sweet treats from the kitchen, and my husband is no different! I truly love baking for them, and now for you too.

A fun little detail about me: my love for photography goes hand in hand with Bayswater Bakery. I styled and photographed all the images you see on our website and social media myself, which makes this space feel even more personal and special.
